Mr Joe B. Carvalho is a 2014 Indian comedy film, directed by Samir Tewari and starring Arshad Warsi, Soha Ali Khan, and Jaaved Jaaferi. The movie tells the story of a bumbling detective named Joe B. Carvalho, who is tasked with solving a high-profile case involving the daughter of a wealthy businessman.

Arshad Warsi plays the titular character, Joe B. Carvalho, a private detective who is so utterly inept that his only clients are the ones who can't afford anyone else. He is constantly in debt, and his lack of success has led to a drinking problem. Despite his shortcomings, Joe is determined to become a great detective and make a name for himself.

Soha Ali Khan plays Shantipriya Phadnis, the daughter of a wealthy businessman who is kidnapped by a gang of thugs. In an effort to save his daughter, Shantipriya's father hires Joe to find her. Joe, of course, is thrilled to have landed such a high-profile case, but he quickly realizes that he is in way over his head.

The movie is filled with slapstick humor and ridiculous characters. Jaaved Jaaferi plays Carlos, an eccentric gangster who is in charge of the kidnapping. He speaks in broken English and wears a variety of outrageous outfits, including a sequined cowboy hat.

As Joe investigates the case, he stumbles from one mishap to the next. He poses as a waiter at a fancy party in order to get close to Shantipriya's boyfriend, but ends up getting drunk and causing a scene. He tries to track down Carlos by following his girlfriend, but ends up getting stranded in the middle of nowhere with no cell phone reception.

Despite all of his fumbling, Joe eventually manages to solve the case and rescue Shantipriya. The final showdown between Joe and Carlos is filled with ridiculous action and over-the-top stunts. In the end, Joe's bumbling incompetence somehow manages to save the day.

Overall, Mr Joe B. Carvalho is a light-hearted and entertaining comedy that doesn't take itself too seriously. Arshad Warsi delivers a standout performance as the hapless detective, and the supporting cast is equally impressive. While the plot may be a bit predictable, the movie more than makes up for it with its humor and charm. If you're looking for a good laugh, Mr Joe B. Carvalho is definitely worth checking out.
