Danny, a bright fifteen-year-old high school student, is sent to a special boarding school for geniuses. There, he and his classmate Liz try to repair the school's malfunctioning nuclear reactor. However, in doing so, they unknowingly open a portal to another dimension. This releases monsters that attack the campus. Danny and Liz must find a way to send the creatures back.
