Writer/filmmaker Josh Freed has been an insomniac since age two and his documentary sets out on a quest to find a remedy for his lifelong ailment. Through interviews with sleep scientists, specialists, fellow insomniacs, and even Josh's own mother, some insight is given into the lengths that insomniacs will go to find a solution to their problem, and which ones are the most viable.
