As Lucy's obsession grows, she begins to have strange and terrifying hallucinations. She sees things that aren't really there, and she becomes increasingly paranoid and delusional. Her life begins to spiral out of control as she becomes more and more entangled with the people in Mr. Aaron's sideshow. Lucy's character is complex and unpredictable, and the viewer is never quite sure what she is going to do next. The rest of the sideshow members are equally fascinating, including the grotesque Lady Blade (played by Shelby Hightower) who has knives attached to her arms, and the hermaphrodite couple, Jules and Jim (played respectively by Mark D.
