With four Wars in six years and two long decades of unrelenting terrorism, Kashmir has seen much turmoil. "Floating Lamp of the Shadow Valley" is a one-hour documentary which illustrates Arif Dar, a ten-year-old boy who works as a ferryman to support his family. The conflict between India and Pakistan over Kashmir affects Arif's life directly as his absent father is involved in the terrorism.
