Crucible Of Horror

Crucible of Horror is a British horror film from 1971 directed by Viktors Ritelis. The movie stars Michael Gough as Lucinda Jessup's abusive husband and Yvonne Mitchell as Lucinda, a put-upon wife and mother who dreams of escaping her oppressive life.

The movie starts with Lucinda, her husband and their two children moving into a new home, a large old mansion in the countryside.
