Three inner-city delinquents knock out a cop, and are forced into a city-wide expedition of comic stores, parking garages, and night parties in order to beat the clock and cover up the crime. When Henry Toole, a teenager who recently ran a drug empire gets involved, Charlie Wright is forced into an uncomfortable situation.
