A Manny Velazquez underground retro grind-house film that takes place before and after the event of the film Savage High (2015). A wacko is on the loose and is ready to get revenge upon the death of his friend and will try to destroy 'Delia Fox', the murderer from the previous film Psychedelia (2016), and will finish what 'Nica Soles' character did not in 'Savage High'.
