During a summer camp in 1947, we follow 13-year-old Ewout who recovers from a war trauma. He sets out to become the man he wants to be. He wants nothing more than to belong. But his show-off backfires: the group turns against him... A film about wanting to belong, peer pressure, sexual awakening, friendship and self-acceptance.
