Simon Sez

Simon Sez is a 1999 action-comedy film directed by Kevin Elders and starring former NBA superstar, Dennis Rodman as Simon, a spy who is tasked with retrieving a stolen jet ski, and comedian, Dane Cook as Nick Miranda, a French mime who becomes Simon's unlikely ally.
