Silent Rage

In the movie Silent Rage, which was released in 1982, Chuck Norris plays the role of Dan Stevens, a Texas Sheriff. Ron Silver plays the role of Dr. Tom Halman, a scientist working on a secret project involving genetic engineering. Steven Keats plays the role of Dr. Paul Vaughn, a colleague of Dr. Halman's.

The movie opens with a scene where a mentally disturbed man named John Kirby (Brian Libby) brutally murders his family.
