Revenge of the Blood Beast

The village where Vardella met her mortal end now happens to be a stop in the honeymooning couple's itinerary - a twist of fate that sets off a chain of events bringing the curse to fruition. Veronica- as radiant as she is, unknowingly becomes the vessel for Vardella's return, as the couple accidentally plunge into the lake after losing control of their car - the same lake that held the remains of the witch for centuries.

What starts as a newly-wed couple's joyous journey morphs into a chilling nightmare as Veronica finds herself possessed by the witch's malevolent spirit. Vardella is back, embodying Veronica's form to seek vengeance on the village that once consigned her to the depths. In contrast, Philip, in his desperate search for a way to rid his wife of the vengeful spirit, finds an ally in a Dr. Hitchcock, a doddering Van Helsing-type character, played by the charismatic John Karlsen.
