Junior Creative

Junior Creative is a 2000 film that documents what happens when three people who think they have it all within the workplace realize they don't. The three people work at classy and hip ad agency on Boston's famed Newberry Street. They think, as art school grads, that they're fortunate to work in a place that allows them to unleash their creative abilities and talents.

In spite of that, management is a little restrictive with certain work aspects, making the environment cutthroat and competitive. The three employees are given an advertising account where they have to sell popsicles through art creation. They're all in the same account but working separately; that makes things intriguing.
