Accurately titled EGO TRIP is a by-the-numbers softcore clunker from good ole Cosmos Films, the briefly operative production side of a Manhattan porn exhibitor. It's nice to see soft porn vet John Dullaghan put on a one-man show, but I wouldn't classify it as entertainment.Back-of-the-envelope concept (in future decades it would be called High Concept) is J.D. as Frank, bragging at a cafe table over a large supply of beers to co-worker Jim about his irresistibility to women. He thinks of himself as quite the lady's man and athlete (supposedly adept at tennis, boxing, pole vaulting, etc.) and film is merely a string of 5 sex scenes in flashback starring big John. That's all she wrote, until the predictable "cut him down to size" ending.This junker has a single, cheapo bedroom set in the studio, used for each of the conquests.
