Congratulations It's Pink

"Congratulations, It's Pink" is an American cartoon short starring the Pink Panther, a tall, thin, silent feline given to comic misadventures. In this short, he's hungry, so he steals what he thinks is a picnic basket from a family. Much to his dismay, it's actually a baby basket. He then has to spend the rest of the cartoon taking care of the infant until he can return it to the family.
