City Limits

In the post-apocalyptic world of the movie City Limits, society has essentially collapsed due to a global catastrophe that has killed off the majority of the population and destroyed infrastructure. The few surviving humans are left to fend for themselves in a lawless, chaotic world that is dominated by gangs and neo-tribal factions who battle over resources and territory.

The film follows the story of a group of young adults who have banded together in a deserted part of the city to create a new settlement called "Oasis." The group is led by Lee (played by John Stockwell), a tough and resourceful young man who has managed to keep his followers alive and relatively safe despite the dangers of this new world.

As Oasis attracts more members, they eventually come into conflict with the local gangs who see the new settlement as a threat to their power. Oasis also becomes a target for a corrupt government bureaucracy that seeks to exploit the settlers for its own purposes.

Another group is made up of mutated humans who have developed supernatural abilities due to the radiation left over from the catastrophe.

Together, the different groups must navigate the treacherous landscape of a world that has been forever changed by disaster. As they face off against rival factions, corrupt officials, and their own personal demons, they ultimately come to realize that their only hope for survival lies in cooperation and mutual support.
