Documentary about punk-rock scene of Novi Sad, Serbias' second largest city, from beginning of 1990's. Film consists of interviews with people who were members of most popular bends, and makes them to give their diagnosis of actual moment of the same subject (punk-rock scene of Novi Sad and Serbia).
