The Haunting of Molly Hartley is a supernatural horror film about a young girl who is tortured by the memory of her insane mother. Seventeen year old Molly Hartley (Haley Bennett) appears to many to be a normal girl who lives with her father Robert (Jake Weber) and is trying to get used to a new school. But the young teen is tormented, day and night, by the memory of the night her mother (Marin Hinkle) stabbed her with a pair of scissors.
