Mama's Boy

Mama's Boy is a 2007 comedic film starring Diane Keaton and Jon Heder and directed by Tim Hamilton. Jeffrey Mannus (Heder) is a 29-year-old living with his mother Jan (Keaton) and doing very little with his life. When Jan meets motivational speaker Mert Rosenbloom (Jeff Daniels), the two fall in love and Mert moves in on Jeffrey's territory. As Jeffrey tries to get his revenge, he employs his singer-songwriter friend Nora Flannagan (Anna Faris) to help him. Mert and Jeffrey get in a fistfight and Jan breaks up with Mert. Jeffrey celebrates, but Jan then kicks him out of the house. With nowhere to go, Jeffrey is living on the streets and gets arrested for peeing in a sink. Nora has abandoned Jeffrey for acting like a child so his friend Seymore eventually bails him out. Also starring Sarah Chalke, Dorian Missick, and Eli Wallach, Mama's Boy received some of the worst reviews of the year and strongly underperformed at the box-office. MORE [EDIT]
