By Appointment Only is a 2007 horror thriller film directed by John Terlesky. Val (Ally Walker) is trying to change her life for the better. Although she is still reeling from the death of her husband, she has to stay strong for her teenage son, Nick (Jordan Garrett). Hoping to make a better life for the two of them, Val starts pursuing a career in real estate. At first, the going is rough for a beginner, so Val thanks her lucky stars when she has the chance to make a multi-million dollar sale. She works with her former neighbor, Jim (Brian Howe), hoping to sell his beautiful home quickly and earn a devoted client. Things quickly go downhill when Val visits the home and finds that Jim is nowhere to be seen. Instead, she finds the mysterious Jake (Currie Graham), a man who claims to be Jim's nephew.
