The Wonderful Digby

This music documentary feature film follows grass roots performer James Brandman gigging across the UK and States building his new stage persona ''The Wonderful Digby'. The footage cuts between gigs, new songs crafted, arranged and performed in a studio, and personal interviews as he chats openly about his life on the road in pubs, small venues and open mic nights. Together we examine the experiences of being a 'grass roots' performer from the motivations to trails and tribulations. Going to the very heart of a performer's music creation, struggles and desires to reach that perfect song and live performance.
