Shot over a three year period (2014 to 2017) Pèp Souvren follows the daily lives of David Oxygéne and Izme Dessalines - two grass-roots activists from the ghettos of Port Au Prince. When elections are announced, Dessalines welcomes the news while David takes an open stance against them.
