Peroxide Passion

Jersey City Jed gets jilted by debutante Ashley at the altar and goes home to kill himself when he's interrupted by blond bombshell Mimi, a telephone sex-therapist & lyricist who's desperate to get her songs to Johnny Pompano Jr., a crooner making a comeback with the Mormon Tabernacle Choir in a few days' time. Ashley, it turns out, has fled to Salt Lake with a humpy Mormon, Steve, and dares Jed to follow presumably to rescue her. Jed and Mimi pursue their passions with roommate Johnny who's also desperate - to get into Mimi's pants - and the three set out for Salt Lake and adventure.
