A young couple on the brink of the rest of their lives together. Danny and Carrie are expecting their first child and life couldn't be better until Danny is hit by a car one morning and is put into comatose. His father leaves a painted box on his bedside which unfolds a mystery revealing a part of their past they didn't know could be possible. With two paralleling car accidents, visitors from the other side, painted art, family secrets and of course an Orange...Oranges, the film is uniquely emotional.
