This is the story of Topper and Doe, two star-crossed lovers armed with a video camera and a gun. Starting in Los Angeles, the budding criminals ride into the deserts of California, Nevada and beyond. We follow the lovers on highways and back roads, through dusky landscapes and decaying Americana, as they wander deeper into their outlaw dream and closer to their ultimate destiny.
