The story follows a malevolent yet exceedingly sadistic chemist known as John C. Krackers who longs for vengeance in his hometown of Springtown, Pennsylvania with his imminent virus that he has been cosseting for the last 15 years when the doors to the Pennsville Institution have been shut down since 2009. The story also takes a very disturbing turn into the disappearance of a young filmmaker, a teenage resident of Springtown who has been missing for about a good month. Meanwhile a month has gone and we embark on a young, meek upcoming college graduate with her friend that finds themselves at a standstill with their car and possibly encounter Krackers and the missing filmmaker along the way?!.
