Roger (Marlon Duré), a villager living in a third world country, who is haunted by his past and plagued by remorse for horrific acts he committed while being used by politicians to keep the government in power. After several years, Roger remains at large, but endangers the lives of his three daughters and himself, because the villagers have not forgotten him or his deeds.
