Aztec Rex

In the year 1518, Hernán Cortés and his Spanish conquistadors are on a mission to conquer the Aztec empire, starting with the island of Cozumel off the coast of Mexico. But they soon encounter unexpected resistance when they come across a giant tyrannosaur-like creature that is terrorizing the island.

As the Spanish struggle to fend off the creature, they befriend a local Mayan tribe led by a young warrior named Black Wolf (played by Kalani Queypo). Black Wolf is suspicious of the Spanish and their intentions, but eventually agrees to help them defeat the beast in exchange for their help in protecting his tribe from the Aztecs.

Together, the Spanish and the Mayans embark on a dangerous journey through the jungle to find and kill the creature, which they have dubbed the Aztec Rex. Along the way, they must battle not only the creature itself, but also hostile Aztec warriors who are determined to stop them.

Meanwhile, tensions among the Spanish leaders begin to rise as they debate whether to continue their mission of conquest or focus on the more immediate threat of the Aztec Rex. Ian Ziering plays Hernán Cortés, the ambitious but flawed leader who must navigate these tensions and make tough decisions in order to achieve his goals.
