What's the Buzz

What's the Buzz was a video podcast produced and distributed by the ABC Network; the show covered celebrity news and gossip. Segments dealt with entertainment industry rumors, red-carpet fashion, celebrity endorsement deals, entertainment awards, new music and film releases, celebrity weddings and divorces, pregnancies and adoptions, and other similar topics. Originally intended to be a daily podcast, What's the Buzz released new episodes often, but usually not every day; production paused after the sixth episode, and has not yet resumed. The show's hosts were very fond of pop music sensation Lady Gaga, and frequently discussed her fashion choices as well as her music and political views. Other popular topics included reality television (particularly the various "Real Housewives" programs), Charlie Sheen's personal and legal troubles, and the short-lived romantic relationship between country singer Taylor Swift and actor Jake Gyllenhaal.
