Devil's Trade was a 2007 horror web series directed by Toby Wilkins (which was re-edited into a short half hour long film) from Fearnet Cable, available for free through 'Movies on Demand.' It's about a group of teenagers who buy a strange looking cross from a website called Devilstrade.com. Once they buy the cross they become the victims of an apparently deadly curse originating in New Jersey during the 1890s. The cross was made of wood from New Jersey's infamous 'Devil's Tree,' a tree from which many people were hanged. The teens check back on the website to find it has youtube style videos from other buyers, all of whom say the cross brought them bad luck and the only way to get rid of the curse is to sell it yourself. Following this advice the teens decide to set off to return the cross to its original rightful owner.MORE
