Wire In The Blood

Wire In The Blood is a crime television show originally aired on ITV in Great Britain from 2002 to 2008 based on a series of novels by Val McDermid. Dr. Anthony Valentine Hill (Robert Green) is a psychologist and partner to Detective Inspector Carol Jordan (Hermoine Norris) and later Alex Fielding (Simone Lahbib). In the English town of Bradfield, the Major Incident Team has a close working relationship with Dr. Tony Hill. Often times Dr. Hill will go outside the normal protocol established by the police force in order to solve a particularly difficult case. Both Carol Jordan and Alex Fielding at first will protest, but eventually go along with Dr. Hill because of their close relationship and his proven results. In charge of the division is Assistant Chief Constable John Brandon (Tom Chadbon) who is a great help when it comes to the methods of Dr. Hill and Detective Inspector Carol Jordan. Brandon is more in the same line of thinking when it comes to procedure and results. Wire In The Blood ran for 24 episodes over the course of six series. MORE
