What I Like About You

What I Like About You is a TV show from the WB that tells the story of Holly Tyler (Amanda Bynes), a feisty teenager who opts out of moving to Japan with her family when her father's job relocates him, instead choosing to move in with big sister Val (Jennie Gath) in New York City. Val is more focused on working hard and being organized, but the two love each other and share a strong bond. Holly's adventurous nature can often get her into trouble, and her presence starts to impact Val's life, her career, and her relationships. Although the two are very different, they become close and learn more about each other as Holly turns Val's world upside-down and Val tries to keep her balance. To help both of them through tough times, Holly has best friend Tina Haven (Allison Munn), and Val has Gary (Wesley Johnson). The series follows the sisters through many romantic entanglements, with characters Vince (Nick Zano), Vic Melado (Dan Cortese), Val's former boss, Henry Gibson (Michael McMillan), and Ben Sheffied (David de Latour), but through it all, despite their differences, Val and Holly are there for each other.
