The Western Conference Finals 2010 pitted the Phoenix Suns against the Los Angeles Lakers in an NBA playoff basketball series. The Lakers were looking to advance to the NBA finals for the second time in a row (they won the Championship in 2009). The Suns had a red-hot streak coming into the series. Kobe Bryant was the leader of the Lakers with a fantastic supporting cast of Pau Gasol, Ron Artest, and Andrew Bynum. Steven Nash lead the suns with fellow teammates Amare Stoudamire and Jason Richardson. The teams battled back and forth for the right to face the winner of the Eastern Conference. This series was exciting and thrilling as each team tried to come out on top in this best of seven game series. Both squads wanted the series victory and the chance to take home the Larry O' Brian trophy in the finals. A victory would mean a chance at a repeat for the Lakers and for the Suns a chance at satisfying a passionate fan base.MORE
