Wanda Does It was a short-lived comedy show from Comedy Central starring Wanda Sykes, Tim Bagley, and Sue Murphy. The show revolved around the everyday life of comedian Wanda Sykes as she attempted to learn new jobs from outside the world of show business, such as coach of a WNBA team, rocket scientist, brain surgeon, pilot, and professional gambler. Despite her can-do attitude, Wanda usually found herself in sticky situations. Her friend Sue (Sue Murphy) and manager Tim Brewer (Tim Bagley) had her back; regardless of how frustrated Tim got with her antics. Wanda Sykes is an Emmy Award-winning actress, stand-up comedian and actress best known for her roles on “Curb your Enthusiasm” and “The New Adventures of Old Christine.” Wanda Sykes was one of the executive producers of the show, alongside Lance Crouther and Eddie October. Unfortunately, Wanda Does It was canceled in early January after only six episodes. MORE
