V: The Series (1984)

V: The Series is the 1984 NBC science fiction television series that was a follow up to the V: The Final Battle miniseries, where a carnivorous race of reptilians has invaded earth, with their leader Diana (Jane Badler) In the miniseries, the Visitors create a reign over the humans, and a small resistance is lead by Mike Donovan. When they deploy Red Dust which is lethal to the aliens, they retreat. One year after the "Liberation Day", the leader Diana is being put on trial for the first invasion, and Science Frontiers, who manufactured the Red Dust, arrange to use Diana for alien technology which he can profit from. When they arrange to have her assassination faked, Diana escapes, and plans to have a second invasion. As the government has collapsed and the effects of the Red Dust are weakening, the resistance must fight to keep the human race safe once again in V: The Series. MORE
