Tytania

Tytania is the Japanese anime TV series that is based on the novel series written by Yoshiki Tanaka, which follows the fight to liberate the galaxy. In the future, humankind have advanced into the vast universe, and established a Federation of interstellar city-states. The Federation does not last long, as a clan named Tytania takes over. The Empire of Valdana is under the countrol of the Tytania clan. The Tytania took over through intimidation and monetary power, and now they are after a piece of technology in the city-state of Euriya. Launching a huge fleet to seize the technology, it is expected that Euriya will comply. Euriya stands up and resists, and their act of rebellion creates a strain on the alliances within the empire, and chaos ensues. Various factions emerge to try to exploit the turmoil, and the Tytania nobility is also disrupted. Soon Euriya's resistance becomes a civil war, with the entire galaxy fighting for the wealth and power of the empire.
