Trick My Truck

Trick My Truck is an American reality television series that debuted in February 2006 on Country Music Television (CMT). The show is the CMT version of MTV’s Pimp My Ride, featuring a group of vehicle fabricators, the “Chrome Shop Mafia,” who take boring, sometimes even dilapidated, trucks and turn them into the completely tricked-out rides that their owners had only dreamed of in the past. The Chrome Shop Mafia can do it all—new paint jobs to turn that peeling white truck shiny purple, electronic enhancements to turn a purposeful drive into a pleasure ride, mechanical upgrades to tires and exhausted pipes for a smoother trip, etc. Each truck is made over around a central theme, which varies from episode to episode, based on the owner’s tastes. One thing is for sure—the truck that results is nothing like the one they started with! Trick My Truck has been quite popular with CMT viewers, going on to run for 5 seasons with 55 episodes already.
