TNA Impact! is a professional wrestling entertainment show broadcast by Spike TV for Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA). Wrestler Jeff Jarrett and his father Jerry Jarrett founded TNA in May 2002. Impact! is the company's flagship program. Like its competitors, Impact! features several matches spelled by interviews and other entertaining segments. Unlike its competitors, TNA wrestling exclusively uses a hexagonal wrestling ring (compared to the typical four-sided ring). Another unique trademark is the program's ten-minute time limit for singles matches and twenty-minute time limit for tag team matches. TNA Impact! heavyweight wrestlers include Rob Van Dam, Kurt Angle, Booker T, Kevin Nash, Sting, Jeff Hardy, Rhino, and Samoa Joe. TNA also highlights high-flying Lucha Libre style wrestling in its "X Division" and innovative matches widely considered some of the most dangerous in wrestling, such as the "Ultimate X," "King of the Mountain," "Six Sides of Steel," and "Lethal Lockdown" matches.
