T.J. Hooker

T.J. Hooker is a crime drama originally aired on ABC for four seasons between 1982 and 1985. The show starred William Shatner in the titular role of T.J. Hooker. Also starring Adrian Zmed as Vince Romano, Richard Herd as Dennis Sheridan and Heather Locklear as Stacy Sheridan. The show revolved around T.J. Hooker returning to the beat after his partner is murdered. The veteran T.J. Hooker was teamed with the hot-shot rookie Vince Romano and had to deal with the age difference. In addition to having his partner murdered, Hooker's marriage had also fallen apart due to him focusing too much on his work. Captain Dennis Sheridan would often clash with T.J. but since the case was always solved, Hooker's no-nonsense renegade ways were always respected and applauded. Later on, T.J. Hooker was joined by a new partner named Stacy Sheridan, Captain Sheridan's daughter until she later teamed up with another veteran named Jim Corrigan (James Darren).
