There and Back: Ashley Parker Angel was a reality television show that premiered January 9, 2006 on MTV. The show displayed the efforts of Ashley Parker Angel to launch his own solo career while trying to provide for his family. Ashley has trouble managing time for his fianc''e, Tiffany Lynn, and his career of being a musician. Ashley also has trouble taking care of his fianc''e's new son, Lyric. Ashley used to be a member of the boy band, O-Town, but decides to venture out on his own without any connections to the music business. Ashley and her family are living in an apartment with Tiffany's mother, so the situation is not good for anyone in the family.
