The Vice Guide To Everything is the MTV show that joins the crew of Vice magazine as their reporters head on a globetrotting odyssey of unorthodox investigative journalism. Vice is a free magazine and media conglomerate founded in 1996. The magazine started covering pop culture and independent arts, but has moved to covering more serious news topics, while still holding on to the attitude that is unmistakably Vice. The Vice crew subscribe to the "immersionist" school of journalism, going into the stories to get first hand accounts. Vice has been one of the most distinct and provocative voices in news, and now we get to see behind the scenes with founder Shane Smith, reporters Ryan Duffy and Thomas Morton, and tons of guests like Spike Jonze. Shane is one of the founders and a lead correspondent for VBS.tv, traveling to North Korea, Iran, Liberia and all over the world to investigate his captivating stories. Ryan started at Vice as an intern, and had the honor of reporting on the famous Columbia donkey love story. Thomas AKA Baby Balls is small but fearless, and is willing to get in almost any situation to get the story.
