The Real Estate Pros

The Real Estate Pros is a show based in Charleston, South Carolina on TLC starring Richard C. Davis, owner of Trademark Properties. The half hour show premiered on April 21, 2007 as The Real Deal, and was renamed The Real Estate Pros in June 2007. The episodes include the listing price of the purchased property, the estimated cost of the renovation, and the market value of the property after the renovations. The show is fast paced and is intended to give viewers a close look at the real estate market. Watch Richard and his crew each week as they purchase and renovate a piece of real estate. Every week the show tries to find the most challenging projects to make money as fast as they can. The Real Estate Pros try to complete almost impossible projects. They have bought and resold houses that were on the market for a long time. They have also bought condos, historic buildings, restaurants, and even Major League baseball player Josh Hamilton's house.
