The IT Crowd (UK)

The IT Crowd (UK) is a British television show created by Graham Linehan. Jen (Katherine Parkinson) just got a new job at Reynholm Industries. She’s now the head of the IT department even though she lied on her CV and knows nothing about computers. Roy (Chris O’Dowd) and Moss (Richard Ayoade) are the IT department. They’re two “standard nerds” who have absolutely no social skills. Will Jen be able to mold these guys into models of efficiency and finally get their deserved kudos from the rest of the company? No…no she won’t. The show premiered on Channel 4 in early 2006 and has been going strong ever since, finding audiences all over the world. In 2007, an American version of the pilot was created NBC. It included Richard Ayoade reprising his role of Moss, but it was not picked up for the fall season. The IT Crowd has a healthy internet following, which is no surprise considering its subject matter. MORE
