The Great Ride Open follows a pack of top FMX riders on a 2000 plus mile road trip through California, Utah and Colorado as they get back to their roots and go freeriding. Along for the journey are featured riders: Ronnie Renner (2007 X Games gold medalist), Drake McElroy, Tommy Clowers (nine time X Games medalist), Lance Coury & Tarah Gieger. In this six episode series, the viewer tags along as the crew searches out new arenas as well as hits famous spots like Little Sahara, the largest dune fields in Utah. Travelling caravan style and living the lifestyle we get an up close and personal look at the successes and failures of the riders as they embark on this exciting mission.
