The Drinky Crow Show

The Drinky Crow show is an animated TV show airing on Cartoon Network’s late night Adult Swim. Drinky Crow and his friend Uncle Gabby, a drunk Irish Monkey, work on a boat in the nineteenth century under Captain Maak. They are at war with the French, who are all alligators. The other characters include Drinky Crow’s sometimes-girlfriend Phoebe Bird, and the Captain’s Daughter, known by no other name, who has disgusting personal hygiene habits. The show uses graphic violence and surreal situations (as demonstrated by the characters all being different animals) to create humor. Drinky Crow often behaves in a ridiculous manner, such as when he cuts his eyes out and replaces them with beer goggles so he can be attracted to a hideous woman at a bar, and despite their species, Drinky Crow and Uncle Gabby seem to get into a variety of sexual escapades with women. The voice of Drinky Crow is provided by Dino Stamatopoulos, and David Herman provided the voices of Uncle Gabby and Captain Maak. MORE
