The Charlie Brown and Snoopy Show is a classic Saturday morning cartoon show, featuring the characters and storylines from Charles M. Schulz's celebrated comic strip, Peanuts. The series includes all the beloved characters of the comic, but focuses on the lives and adventures of the hard-luck underdog Charlie Brown and his inventive dog, Snoopy. The comic strip began in 1950, and it rose to popularity because of its likable characters and socially aware storylines. Both parents and children were attracted to Peanuts.
