The Biggest Loser

The Biggest Loser is an NBC reality TV show where overweight contestants compete to lose the highest percentage of body weight, under the guidance of diet and exercise experts Bob Harper, Jillian Michaels, and Kim Lyons. The contestants go to a ranch where they compete in challenges, fight temptation, and participate in weekly weigh-ins. The ranch is stocked with everything they need from exercise equipment to healthy food and trainers, though they purposefully have temptation challenges where the contestants can choose to break their program and enjoy a forbidden food, in exchange for a mystery offer. Each week, one contestant from the team which lost the challenge is eliminated by the losing team's votes. Finally The Biggest Loser contestants are narrowed down and compete one-on-one, with the winner taking home $250,000. MORE
