The Anna Nicole Show is a reality sitcom on E! Entertainment that followed the tumultuous exploits of, now deceased model and Playboy Playmate, Anna Nicole Smith and her zany entourage. Her show offers a behind the scenes look into her infamous life as she is forced to deal with serious misfortunes. At the show’s debut, Anna Nicole has fallen out of the limelight, resulting in her significant weight gain, and desperately seeks to regain her status as an in demand working model and actress. She is in a risky financial situation due to her extravagant spending sprees and constant legal battle with her stepson over her deceased husband’s fortune. Viewers are offered a voyeuristic look into the day-to-day activities of Anna Nicole Smith as she attends Hollywood parties, charity events and even trips to the dentist, driving lessons and her ill-fated dates. Throughout the series, Anna often shares the camera with her attorney, and close friend, Howard K. Stern, her assistant Kim, who has a tattoo of Anna on her left arm, her son Daniel and her miniature poodle who she desperately seeks help for to cure its insatiable craving of humping inanimate objects.
