The Adventures of Pete & Pete

The Adventures of Pete & Pete is a children's series that aired on Nickelodeon from November 28, 1993 to December 28, 1996. The show was created by Chris Viscardi and Will McRobb. The Adventures of Pete & Pete takes place in the fictional town Wellsville and centers around brothers Big Pete Wrigley (Mike Maronna) and Little Pete Wrigley (Danny Tamberelli). Little Pete has a tattoo on his right forearm named Petunia. The tattoo dances and has its own part in the show's opening credits. As the title suggests, the show is about the adventures and mishaps that the brothers often found themselves in. While Big Pete is more rational, Little Pete is unruly and has a hard time obeying authority figures. The Petes' mom, Joyce Wrigley (Judy Grafe), is best known on the show for the metal plate in her head from an accident. The plate can pick up radio stations. Don Wrigley (Hardy Rawls) is the brothers' father. He is often stubborn and enjoys fishing and caring for his lawn. Though the brothers argue as most siblings do, the two Petes always remain best friends. MORE
