Teletubbies

Teletubbies was a BBC children's television series, that aired from March 31, 1997 to February 15, 2001. Set in an area of rolling green hills, the Teletubbies live in the "Tubbytronic Superdome", a futuristic dome. In each episode, the Teletubbies are searching for fun and interesting activities, mostly revolving around laughing, running around, rolling around on the ground and watching real children on their television sets, on their bellies. The show featured four main characters: Tinky Winky, Dipsy, Laa-Laa and Po. Tinky Winky (Dave Thompson) is the purple teletubby. He is the oldest and largest, known most for the red luggage he carries around. Dipsy (John Simmit) is the green teletubby, known for his signature black and white furry top hat. Laa-Laa (Nikki Smedley) is the yellow teletubby, known for her orange ball that is almost as big as her. Po (Pui Fan Lee) is the smallest and youngest teletubby. She is red and is known by her scooter, that she calls "Scoota". Tim Whitnall is the narrator of the series. MORE
